The Catholic Reformation Research Network
was formed in February 2010 to provide a focal point for scholars
of the Catholic Reformation. The network is non-confessional, but
open to anyone (including postgraduates) with a scholarly interest
in the Catholic Reformation, broadly defined, as the movements for
change within the Catholic Church that took place from the late
medieval period up to the late eighteenth century.
Scholars from all disciplines are welcome, as are those engaged
in research on any aspect of Catholic Reform in any region of the
early modern world.
The Research Network website will update news and information about
current Catholic Reformation scholarship, highlight events, seminars
and conferences, and inform about recent publications and research
projects.
It will also provide a secure environment for scholars to participate
in discussion forums, to reflect on published and source texts,
and to establish a resource centre to share research materials.
To contribute material to the Network website, please go to the
Contact page.
